Thanksgiving Math – Free Basic Addition and Number Family Sheets

Can you believe Thanksgiving is almost here?! Here is another set of Thanksgiving-themed math sheets I made for my Kindergartner.  She is starting to work on number families and continues to work on very basic addition.

We’ll be doing a lot of number family games and activities… such as make 6, make 7, make 8, etc. after the Thanksgiving holiday to reinforce the number families. Why learn the number families? Knowing their fact families helps a lot as kids start to work on their subtraction facts. They know that 6+7=13, so 13-7 becomes easy!

We played a lot of board games as the kids got to know their number family facts.

Our set includes the Number families from 5s through 19s!
