Multiplication by 8s Worksheet Packet (Lizard Theme)

ED is working on the 8s multiplication facts. I’ve found that the other multiplication packets I made have worked really, really well for her.  This lizard-themed worksheet packet wound up being 37 pages. 🙂

First, I’m going to talk about the worksheet packet I made for her, then I’ll share the 8s Multiplication and Division Game Boards (which are included in the packet, but you can download FREE lower down in the post if you don’t want the entire packet).

This is her last set of multiplication math facts, so it includes some review.  The first part of the packet includes various skip counting activities and lots of 8s multiplication facts pages.  There are a number of  8s division worksheets as well. Some of the pages at the end of the packet have her practice the other multiplication facts as well.

I made 8s Multiplication and Division Game Boards to go along with this packet.  We called these Lizard Races! You will need to make your own dice for these two games. We used plain wooden craft blocks to make our die (there’s more instructions in the pdf): To Play: Before the game begins, each player takes a guess as to which lizard will win the race. Players take turns rolling the wooden block and solving the answer. The player then moves the token forward one space. Then the next player rolls the wooden block, solves the answer and moves the token forward. The game ends when the token reaches one of the lizards. Did anyone win the game?!!
