FREE Road Trip Packet for Kids
If you are doing a road trip this summer, you’ll want to grab this FREE 40+ page Road Trip Packet for Kids!
We will be doing a 3,500 mile road trip this summer. That’s a LONG time to be in the car, right?! I asked the kids if they wanted a Summer Road Trip Packet and they said, “Definitely! Yes!” You can grab this FREE printable with the link below!!
I made this Summer Road Trip Packet for the kids for our huge trip out West a couple of years ago. It’s been long enough, though, that the girls are excited to do the activities again. This Travel Activity Packet is about 40 pages, but of course you can pick and choose what you want to include. It has pages on things like:
- Daily Travel Log (where we’re going each day) and a USA map to color in as we drive through each state
- Living Log — Finding animals and plants from A to Z (trying to find the most unique animals and plants). The rule is you have to see it with your own eyes!
- Geocaching Log
- License Plate Log — Kids mark off a map to try to find all the U.S. state license plates
- States & Capitals
- National Park Log
- Rock Log – Try to find examples of the 3 three types of rocks
- Cloud Log – Can you find examples of all of the clouds?!
- Constellation Log — Spend some time star gazing and see how many constellations you can find!
- Funny Memories – There’s a page for funny memories
- I also included Rhymes, Riddles, Jokes, Brain Teasers, and Puzzles
I bound the books together for durability:
This Summer Trip Travel Log is FREE to download! Enjoy and have fun with your kids! ~Liesl
