Fun Photos
I spend a lot of time talking about what we’re doing academically, but now and then I like to share some of our outings and excursions too! I know the Grandparents still check in on what we’ve been up to. So here are a few fun photos!
I want to share a few photos from this stunning picture of our local library…

A few weeks ago, DD and I took a trip with the Girl Scouts up to New York City. It was a long day. Our bus left at 5am… got to NYC around 10am, spent the day & evening there and got home after 2am!!
We had a fabulous time in New York City. We went to Times Square and into various shops. Then after lunch we went into the Museum of Modern Art. We had no idea what to expect and were stunned to get to see many of the most famous artists of the early 1900s… from Monet to Van Gogh, Picasso, and Chagall!
Laster in the afternoon, we got to see the amazing performance of the Rockettes at Radio City Music Hall. We loved, loved that!! ♥ If you ever get a chance to go to NYC in November or December I highly recommend you see that Christmas show! It was phenomenal!

I hope your family has been having a lovely fall! It’s hard to believe that winter is practically at our doorstep!
Happy Homeschooling!

You can reflect on your homeschool progress… Are we moving too fast? too slow? Are we covering all the subjects or are we spending more time on one than another? Have we covered what I thought we would or have we taken some (wonderful!) side detours? What new kinds of activities do I want to add into our homeschool schedule… and for that matter, what activities should we stop? Have we gotten into some bad habits? What topics and activities are we really looking forward to?
