Candy Land Addition Game (Free at the Moment)

Practically everyone has a Candy Land board around, right? I came across an adorable addition game to go along with the classic board game Candy Land.  If you’re looking to review some basic math facts with your child this summer you might want to print out the cards offered by Mel at Teachers Pay Teachers.  It’s free at the moment; I don’t know if it normally costs something to download the file. UPDATE: This game now costs $3.00.

We’re in the middle of a busy stretch with day camps, but I went ahead and printed a copy and put it in ED’s workbox for this next fall.  When I visited Mel’s website seusstastic classroom inspirations I saw she has dozens of Candy Land-based games (for spelling, language arts and math).

This link will take you to Teachers Pay Teachers where you can download the Candy Land addition facts cards. Thank you, Mel!

I have a lot of cutting ahead of me, don’t I?

ED will have fun with this this fall!
